This is what we call DEEP WORK - where men share from a raw and authentic place about life's trials and tribulations. We are breaking down the stigma around " only weak men show emotion" and proving that GREAT STRENGTH comes from being vulnerable. We are not the sort of men to shy away from our undesirable thoughts. feelings and emotions, instead we take responsibility for who we are and are willing to look our demons in the eye, by speaking them out into the world. It takes courage to do this, but the rewards are endless. We, as Men, have a duty to be more connected to ourselves and stop avoiding or denying our issues. It takes an emotionally mature man to hold this space for his fellow brothers to share their truth too.

Our FREE weekly meet-up is a beautiful, non-judgemental, safe space for anyone and everyone to come together and talk openly about their highs and lows. Supporting one another with a compassionate ear, laughter and smiles, great coffee and a true sense of community. This is NOT about offering unsolicited advice and trying to fix one another. Simply the act of speaking openly and honestly, as well as truly listening is cathartic enough.
